Birthday Party Booking – Terms & Conditions

Minimum Booking

A minimum of 10 children is required to book a birthday party.

Final Numbers

You must confirm final numbers at least 7 days before the party.

  • Increases in numbers are subject to availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel your party less than 4 weeks before the booking date and do not reschedule, 50% of the total payment will be non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

We cannot extend your party time if you or your guests arrive late.
